Trapiche rubies are a very rare variety of ruby found in only Burma and India. They exhibit six sided growth lines, and inclusions that form a fixed star pattern.
Lodolite was given the nickname "Garden Quartz" because it's mineral inclusions form scenic landscapes within the stone. These stones are almost always polished so the landscape can be seen better, and they're usually pretty breathtaking.
